PURSUANT TO ARTICLE 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION 679 OF 2016
 
These notes are provided to our clients by Calzaturificio Zamberlan s.r.l. in order to inform them regarding our processing of their personal data.
The Data Controller is Calzaturificio Zamberlan s.r.l., VAT No. 1274380243, with registered office at Via Guglielmo Marconi 1, Frazione di Pievebelvicino, 36036 Torrebelvicino (VI). Purpose of the processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
1. commencement and performance of the contractual relationship with the client and related activities, such as administrative and accounting activities;
2. compliance with legal obligations;
3. credit recovery and legal action and related activities;
4. credit assessment and insurance;                            
5. direct marketing (e.g. newsletters and promotional messages).
Legal basis
Your personal data are lawfully processed on the basis of the following conditions:
1. performance of the contract for purpose 1;
2. legal obligations for purpose 2;
3. legitimate interests for purposes 3 and 4;
4. consent for purpose 5.
It is obligatory for you to provide your personal data for the performance of the contract and failure to provide them or their partial or inaccurate provision may make performance impossible or imprecise.
Recipients
Clients’ personal data may be disclosed, for the purposes described above, to the following categories of recipients: agents, suppliers, professionals (accountants, legal firms, consultants), commercial information companies, public agencies and entities, supervisory and control bodies, judicial authorities, consulting firms, IT services firms, transport and logistics firms, credit institutions, finance and insurance companies and communications agencies.
Duration of the processing
The duration of the processing is that of the contractual relationship and your data will be stored for at most 10 years in order to comply with legal obligations and to safeguard the Controller’s legitimate interests.
Processing for marketing purposes lasts for 24 months from the time of the first contact for commercial purposes or of the commencement of the trading relationship.
Rights
Data subjects have the right to request the Controller access to their data, their erasure, the rectification of inaccurate data, the completion of incomplete data, the restriction of processing, the portability of their data; furthermore, they have the right to object to processing in the event of the Controller’s legitimate interest, and to withdraw consent if the processing is based on consent and is carried out for marketing purposes, in the cases and under the conditions set out in the relative Articles of Regulation 679 of 2016. In order to exercise these rights data subjects may submit requests accordingly by email to info@zamberlan.com.
Data subjects also have the right to lodge complaints with the supervisory authority for the Member State in which they normally reside or work, or for the Member State in which the alleged breach occurred.
